Early Engineers – The first stop in wooden train play – individual train collection accessories

The new Early Engineers easy, creative train play concept from Learning Curve, specifically designed for aspiring young engineers aged 18 months and over, features the well-loved Thomas & Friends™. Besides the three train sets – the Roundabout Station Set, the Rock and Roll Quarry Set and the Busy Day on Sodor Roundhouse Set – there are seven different engines to make up a complete train collection.

Thomas the Tank Engine – a really useful engine – features in all three train sets but other single engines in the range can be purchased separately for added fun. They include his best friend Percy, classic silver Stanley and happy Rosie. Engines with tenders include long, lean Henry, fast, strong Gordon and proud, red James.

Chunkily designed for small hands, friendly, and easy to control, they have all been specially made so that early engineers can keep them easily on the rails. Their big smiley faces appeal while their large wheels allow little engineers to lock them into the rails more securely for frustration-free fun.

Percy, Thomas’s best friend
Percy is a classic engine and Thomas the Tank Engine's best friend. Percy is also included in the most comprehensive train set, the Busy Day on Sodor Roundhouse Set.

Classic Stanley
Stanley is a classic engine to the Thomas line and a silver steam engine; a perfect addition to any collection.

Happy Rosie
Rosie is a happy engine who likes to have fun.

Henry long, lean engine
Henry is a long, lean engine and pulls special loads all across the Island of Sodor. Henry’s Tender is designed to stay attached for frustration-free play.

Fast, strong Gordon
Gordon is a fast, strong engine that can pull very heavy loads in his tender.

Proud, red James
James is a red engine, complete with tender, who is really proud of his colour.
