Lenton promoted Marketing Manager at Leasedrive Group
16 October 2003
Matt Lenton has been promoted to the position of marketing manager
at the Leasedrive Group, one of the UK’s largest independent privately-owned
vehicle management groups. Based in Crowthorne, Berkshire,
the Leasedrive Group was the subject of a £45m BIMBO transaction
in May.
Commercial director, Roddy Graham said: “Matt has impressed the
new owners of the business with his commitment and dedication to
the challenges of the role he has now filled. He will be
responsible for subtle changes to the group’s corporate identity
plus the branding of a new vehicle management division to be launched
in October and a new fleet management division to be unveiled in
November. During what will prove a busy autumn, he will also
be realigning our group website and introducing an e-marketing
programme.”
For the last two years, 28-year-old Matt has been the marketing
co-ordinator for two divisions within the group, Countrywide Car & Van
Rental and Stopgap Mid-Term Vehicle Rental. Previously, he
held a similar position at computer and office cleaning products
company, Automation Facilities. Before that, he was marketing
assistant at the Harrier Group plc, a data storage and solutions
IT company.
Matt holds a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Design Management
from Demontfort University in Leicester. He is married with
one son.
Supporting Matt in the marketing department is new recruit, Anthony
Foxlee-Brown, who has been appointed marketing co-ordinator. This
new appointment follows a successful trial with the department. A
marketing design graduate, Anthony reports to Matt Lenton.
