Leasedrive consolidates partnership with KeeResources

Leasedrive Group, one of the largest independent privately-owned vehicle management groups in the UK, has consolidated its partnership with KeeResources after successfully running the latter’s KwikView car and van database and KwikCreate forecasting software products for the past 12 months.

Commercial director, Roddy Graham said: “KwikView and KwikCreate have added another layer of professionalism to our business for the benefit of our customers.  Accurately predicting maintenance costs and residual values is the lifeblood of our business.  With KwikView and KwikCreate, we are able to do this scientifically and accurately and fine-tune resultant data based on our own in-house expertise.

 “KwikView and KwikCreate have now been officially added to the suite of industry-leading software applications  – CHP ALFA, epyx 1Link and Business Objects – currently used by the Leasedrive Group and recently fully-integrated into one seamless solution called Fleet:Manager.

KwikView is a powerful multi-source car and van database, which allows comparisons of residual values, current used values, tyre costs and maintenance charges.  Information can be viewed against needs.  For example, peer group comparisons can be made or historical predictive data can be compared against actual.  Importantly, all data needed to form underwriting opinions is now available for the first time on a single screen.  Direct comparisons can be made with similar age and mileage CAP Black Book disposal values.  Even surveys can be viewed, details incorporated or imported whole.  All information is updated weekly and error checking prompts users to confirm changes made to suggested values.

KwikCreate allows Leasedrive to easily adjust values in accordance with clearly defined term periods and mileage caps.  Value changes can be displayed in terms of values or percentages.  The final results can be readily exported to other systems and the KwikAudit trail allows proper tracking and ensures in-house policy compliance.
