Rental:Manager online booking tool now available to Countrywide customers

A new generic version of Rental:Manager, the online vehicle rental booking tool originally created by the Leasedrive Group for its blue chip contract hire clients, has been developed for customers of its Countrywide Car and Van Rental division.  Thanks to simple and easy navigation, customers of one of the UK’s largest short-term corporate vehicle rental distributors can complete the three-stage value-for-money vehicle rental booking process in minutes.

“Previously Rental:Manager, part of the suite of solutions available under the cutting-edge Drive:Manager fleet management system, was only available to major Leasedrive Vehicle Management customers as a fully customised, bespoke booking tool.  Now, having proven the robustness and ease of use of the booking facility, we have developed a generic version for Countrywide customers, which can be personalised with their logo.”                                

Rental:Manager is a simple and transparent interactive online reservation system which allows vehicle rental bookings to be made quicker.  All information is seamlessly managed to make the booking as easy as possible.  On a single page, bookers enter driver, booking, delivery, collection and any additional details.  Drop-down menus for frequently used locations assist regular renters with their bookings.  The website includes multi-tier authorisation levels if required and rentals of 28 days or more can be made via Stopgap.

Built-in reporting technology allows Rental:Manager users to gain secure 24/7 online access to download and print off invoice and account details once a rental has been completed.  Available reporting information includes P11d and EU 4th directive information.

Countrywide customers benefit from a special all-inclusive pricing policy including free unlimited mileage.  Deliveries can be arranged with as little as two hours’ notice.  For customers wishing to book by phone, a single reservations number – 0871 271 8855 – covers both local or national vehicle rentals.
