Leasedrive VELO launches Stopgap Plus

Leasedrive VELO, one of the UK’s largest independent privately-owned vehicle management groups in the UK, has launched a new long-term product, Stopgap Plus, for vehicle rentals of 90 days or more.

According to commercial director, Roddy Graham at Leasedrive VELO: “Stopgap Plus has been launched in response to demand from our customers for a more long-term rental product. Customers require longer-term rental deals to cover pool car arrangements and employee probationary periods of three months or more. In the latter case, employers may be reluctant to provide a company car until they have confirmed the new employee’s contract. Meanwhile, our normal Stopgap mid-term product for rentals of 28 days or more goes from strength to strength with the highest performance for 18 months registered in the first quarter of this year.”

Rates for Stopgap Plus start from £10.50 per day for Ford Fiesta or Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 manual. Leasedrive VELO Rental Management customers benefit from a special all-inclusive pricing policy. A single reservations number – 0870 746 0 746 – covers both local and national vehicle rentals. Deliveries can be arranged with as little as two hours’ notice.
