New improved Rental:Manager online booking tool launched

Leasedrive VELO Rental Management, one of the largest corporate providers of short and mid-term vehicle rental with access to 127,470 vehicles from 826 locations in the UK including airports, has launched a new version of Rental:Manager, the online vehicle rental booking tool. Improved features include a quicker user interface, live amendments, increased security and customised reporting. Rental:Manager allows customers to complete a simple value-for-money vehicle rental booking process in less than two minutes.

The vehicle rental booking process is now faster with quicker page loading and optimised design and layouts. Customers can now recall, amend and copy previous bookings in real time and larger corporate customers can use a single sign-on log-in to connect quickly and securely. Customised reporting is now available through Info:Manager. An online history of all previous bookings can also be viewed. As an extra feature, bookers can also readily view the carrying capacity and fuel efficiency of the proposed vehicle to be rented.

Rental:Manager is one of the solutions available under the industry-leading, totally-integrated online fleet management system, Drive:Manager. It is a simple and transparent interactive online reservation system. All information is seamlessly managed to make bookings as easy as possible. On a single page, bookers enter driver, booking, delivery, collection and any additional details. Drop-down menus for frequently used locations assist regular renters with their bookings. Bespoke customer websites include multi-tier authorisation levels if required and renters can also choose between Stopgaps’s 28-day or Stopgap Plus’ 90-day minimum rental periods for highly competitive mid-term rates.
