P11D:Manager module added to Drive:Manager system

Leasedrive Velo Group, one of the UK’s largest independent privately-owned vehicle management groups, has just added the P11D:Manager module to its award-winning totally-integrated online fleet management system, Drive:Manager. P11D:Manager collates pre-validated vehicle and fuel card information and delivers 100 per cent accuracy to client organisations.

Roddy Graham, commercial director, at the Leasedrive Velo Group said: “P11D compliance is a major headache for organisations. Getting it right when reliant on paper exchange between employer and employee can prove extremely time-consuming and is open to numerous inaccuracies. Automating the process ensures swifter completion and greater accuracy.”

P11D:Manager collects all applicable vehicle usage, including any changes and breaks in company car usage, and fuel card expenditure information for the prior tax year. After April 6, and with the employer’s approval, it then automatically issues an e-mail to the relevant set of drivers inviting them to log-on to Drive:Manager to check and approve their vehicle-specific P11D information. Drivers are given the opportunity to query any information, which is re-checked for accuracy prior to sign-off by the driver. Once approved by the driver, the information is submitted to the organisation’s HR function for completion of the remaining elements of P11D filing.
